Q: What are the next steps after submitting my inquiry?
Once your inquiry is received, a member of our team will review the details and contact you to discuss your needs further. We’ll provide any additional information you may need to guide you through the process.
Q: Can I modify the details of my inquiry after submission?
Yes, if you need to update or add information to your submitted form, please email us with the necessary changes.
Q: I received my proof and everything looks good. How do I approve it so we can move forward with production?
Simple! We just need a signature at the bottom (see Client Approval box) and a copy of the signed proof sent back to us. Upon receipt, we can forward your project into production.
Q: I received my proof, but I want to make a change. Can I request edits?
Of course! It’s important to us that you’re happy with the end result. Please communicate with your project manager, or the designer assigned to your project and they can amend any details/artwork regarding your request. Also, please keep in mind, a preset amount of art time is allotted per project. It’s important to compile your edits per revision, so our designers can work efficiently for you and themselves. If the allotted amount of art time is exceeded, additional art charges will occur.
Q: I signed off on my quote, now what happens?
Once the quote is signed, the order will proceed to Design Services, where our in-house design team will begin drafting artwork for your project. Design Services will make sure your project is prepared for production/ fabrication, so it can be outputted/built efficiently. Details explaining the procedure and materials will be found on the proof presented to you.
Every proof requires an “art approval”, or signature by the Client before moving forward into production. This ensures all parties are in agreement with the artwork utilized to complete the project.
