We are currently hiring for the following positions:
Senior Estimator

A senior estimator calculates the time, resources, and total cost required to complete a project. They analyze blueprints and specifications, determine material and labor needs, collect supplier quotes, and predict potential risks to establish a competitive project cost before work begins.
This role requires a sign industry (or general construction) based understanding to develop accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates.

Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and contract requirements.
Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and material suppliers.
Develop project budgets, cost breakdowns, and value engineering alternatives.
Identify project risks and recommend appropriate pricing strategies.
Collaborate with the sales department and project managers.
Maintain current knowledge of material costs, labor rates, manufacturing techniques, and market trends.
Assist with quality checks to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.

Sign industry or commercial construction estimating experience.
Strong understanding of construction methods and industry standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Must possess good phone and email communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

This position requires a proactive professional who combines technical expertise with strong business judgment to deliver competitive, profitable proposals while supporting the company's long-term success.
Graphic Designer

A graphic designer creates visual concepts to produce high-quality signage that make an impression. We are looking for someone that understands fabrication or design-build environments and possesses strong artistic and creative skills.

Understand project requirements and concepts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
Collaborate with sales team to create impactful signage drawings and renderings.
Prepare design files for production, ensuring accurate color management, layout design, and file specifications.
Create signage drawings and renderings to provide precise production design standards.
Knowledge of material requirements and manufacturing methods.
Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes (preferred).

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and other CAD visual design tools. Familiarity with architectural scale. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and the Windows environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Use feedback from other designers to improve.
Stay up to date with industry developments and tools.
Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
Ability to correctly use and read a tape measure.
A portfolio (3 pieces) showcasing your ability to create a compelling visual design.
A degree/certificate in graphic design or fine arts (preferred).

We are seeking a full-time Sign Installer/Service Technician, preferably with construction and electrical experience to join our growing team. If you want to utilize a range of technical skills and enjoy working independently and as part of a team, then this may be the position for you.

Install interior and exterior signage according to work orders and deadlines
Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and other documents to determine project specifications and installation requirements
Verify that materials, tools, and vehicles are properly prepared for each installation
Communicate delays, changes, project updates, or issues promptly to client and Installation / Service Coordinator
Record job details in production software
Maintain a clean and organized job site, vehicle, equipment, and installation area
Restock materials and supplies as needed
Perform a quality check with the client after installation to ensure satisfaction
Unload vehicles and properly store tools, materials, and equipment daily

Accurate measuring, leveling and alignment skills
Positive communication with fellow workers and clients
Attention to details, accuracy and workmanship
Able to work independently
Ability to troubleshoot and develop safe, effective solutions on-site
