Estimator

  • An estimator calculates the time, resources, and total cost required to complete a project. They analyze blueprints and specifications, determine material and labor needs, collect supplier quotes, and predict potential risks to establish a competitive project cost before work begins.

    This role requires a sign industry (or general construction) based understanding to develop accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates.

    • Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and contract requirements.

    • Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate pricing from subcontractors and material suppliers.

    • Develop project budgets, cost breakdowns, and value engineering alternatives.

    • Identify project risks and recommend appropriate pricing strategies.

    • Collaborate with the sales department and project managers.

    • Maintain current knowledge of material costs, labor rates, manufacturing techniques, and market trends.

    • Assist with quality checks to ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.

    • Sign industry or commercial construction estimating experience.

    • Strong understanding of construction methods and industry standards.

    • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

    • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Must possess good phone and email communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

    • Ability to visit active construction sites on occasion.

CNC Router /
Engraving Specialist

  • This is a great opportunity for a hands-on, creative individual, whether you’re an experienced operator or hobbyist looking to grow your skills in a professional shop.

    Join a tight-knit, experienced team that values craftsmanship, creativity, and pride in what we build.

    • Read and prepare design files for production

    • Operate a CNC router table to produce sign components

    • Operate laser and rotary engraving machines

    • Work with materials such as PVC, acrylic, aluminum, SignFoam and more

    • Continue to develop, evolve and learn new skills

    • Experience with CNC routers or strong mechanical aptitude

    • Knowledge of VCarve Pro or EnRoute a plus

    • Understanding of end mills, tooling, and sign materials preferred

    • Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

    • Prolonged periods of standing

    • Ability to function in a workshop environment

    • Able to lift sheets of material (up to 50lbs)

Sign Installer

  • We are seeking a full-time Sign Installer/Service Technician, preferably with construction and electrical experience to join our growing team. If you want to utilize a range of technical skills and enjoy working independently and as part of a team, then this may be the position for you.

    • Install interior and exterior signage according to work orders and deadlines

    • Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and other documents to determine project specifications and installation requirements

    • Verify that materials, tools, and vehicles are properly prepared for each installation

    • Communicate delays, changes, project updates, or issues promptly to client and Installation / Service Coordinator

    • Record job details in production software

    • Maintain a clean and organized job site, vehicle, equipment, and installation area

    • Restock materials and supplies as needed

    • Perform a quality check with the client after installation to ensure satisfaction

    • Unload vehicles and properly store tools, materials, and equipment daily

    • Accurate measuring, leveling and alignment skills

    • Positive communication with fellow workers and clients

    • Attention to details, accuracy and workmanship

    • Able to work independently

    • Ability to troubleshoot and develop safe, effective solutions on-site

    • Basic electrical knowledge

    • Clean driving record

    • Ability to drive and work in a bucket truck

    • High School or equivalent (preferred)

    • Ability to work in various outdoor conditions

    • Handling heights up to 40’ in an aerial lift
